I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer.
