My therapist (Darren) has been incredibly supportive and insightful. He really listened without judgment, helped me see things from new angles, and give practical tools that actually make a difference in my daily life. I feel genuinely heard and more equipped to handle challenges. Highly recommend using him. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Harmony Bay Wellness. I went in for an intake appointment in early January of this year because I was looking into somatic therapy, but after the appointment I realized they were not the right fit for what I was seeking. This month (July), I was surprised to receive a $150 charge for that intake visit. What frustrated me most was that this was never clearly explained to me in a way that felt transparent or upfront... and why I am being billed 6 months later. I understand that intake appointments can sometimes be billable, but the way this was handled felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful. Instead of helping me feel supported, the process left me feeling confused and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would caution others to get every cost in writing before scheduling anything here. read more

I have never written a review before, but this situation has brought me to tears, and I think people need to be warned about this company. This review is not about my provider. She was great. She no longer works with/for Harmony Bay, either by choice or because she was let go. Either way, I was disappointed to see her go, and I chose not to see a different provider, largely because the cost was starting to become too much after my financial situation changed. My issue comes from their atrocious billing practices. When I first started receiving care, I realized I was not getting bills, and I discovered that my insurance was not accepting claims because of the way my sessions were being coded (according to my insurance company). After fighting with my insurance, my appointments were finally accepted and all processed at once, which resulted in a large balance that I could not pay all at once. Part of the issue was also that each session ended up costing more than I originally expected. I paid as much as I could each month, but the balance started stacking up. Maybe I should have stopped seeing my provider earlier, but I was seeing her because I needed the help and did not feel ready to stop yet. Once I stopped having active appointments, I set up a payment plan to take care of my balance while paying what I could afford each month. At the end of April, I received a voicemails from Harmony Bay asking if I would like to increase my payments. I read the transcript and moved on without calling back because I did not want to increase them. I never received any other communication about this, so I was very surprised when I received an email stating that I had been charged $90 today. I looked into it further and discovered that I had also been charged $125 yesterday and $160 a couple of weeks before that. I now have to come up with an unexpected extra $350 this month, which I cannot afford. They offered to refund the $90 charge from today, but I told them I would deal with it myself, mostly because I was starting to tear up and did not want to burst into tears with a stranger on the phone. It is completely unacceptable to charge a person's card for multiple $100+ payments that they did not consent to. An unexpected $350 charge in one month is a lot of money for someone to come up with out of the blue. I'm just so frustrated and upset with this situation. read more

I wish I would have done better research before attempting to get mental health services from Harmony Bay Wellness. My appointments were typically 15-20 mins with both the therapist and the psychiatrist. They charged me $1k per "session" and took OVER A YEAR TO BILL ME. After they finally set me a very large bill for three sessions they have been hounding me over and over and over again to pay my bill. The staff that I worked with were nice, but I did not feel they were qualified whatsoever. The therapist asked me how to spell "irritable" and the psychiatrist didn't know that Prozac would induce hair shedding. I have spent hundreds of dollars if not more for a crappy experience that I could have received for free from my primary doctor. YUCK. read more

I filled out the online info. which I think it was too much info. before consultation. I had a consultation for 1/2. I told the consultant what type of therapist I was looking for. I got an appt. within 5 minutes I was not comfortable with the therapist. Harmony Bay Wellness charged me for 5 min. talk. I called HBW they gave me a refund. A week later I get an email stating that I was CHARGED for a consultation. I called again they told me they charge for consultations. Who does that? So DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Look for another they just want money. Not to help you with mental health. PLEASE PLEASE DO RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY. I researched the therapist but you have to do both. read more

Refused to offer me services because I didn't want to do the program they recommended which would have made me miserable with my work schedule. Tried to ask for the policy in writing that said I had to do it and they wouldn't give it to me. Not patient centered or holistic at all. Basically was told to go somewhere else. read more

I rarely leave poor reviews, but I have been a patient for years and ran out of my psychiatric medication on Friday. On Saturday I requested refills be sent in through their online portal. It is now 5 days later and three full business days without access to my medications and I have been going through withdrawal. I have called everyday and just get the run around that my provider has been notified and they have 72 hours to resond. WTF, this is also a new policy. They need to have a better system in place. This is incredibly irresponsible to be screwing around with mental health medications. I could not be more upset. As a fellow healthcare provider myself I consider this dangerous. read more

I have had an overall terrible experience with this practice. One of my therapists interrupted my session to say I should think about the situation in Gaza (instead of focusing on my trauma). Another therapist kept pulling up notes on the wrong patient and reading their information outloud. They also did not listen and kept recommending medications I already told them I was allergic to or could not have. They gave me the wrong diagnosis and did not listen when I politely asked if I could have a re-evaluation as it was several years later and I had tracked my moods over time and therefore had concrete data. The practitioner scoffed and said "you're doing well. There's your evaluation. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Here is my absolute horror story because of harmony bay. These people are scammers and do not care about you. First off, I began at harmony bay when I was around 18 years old due to depression. I filled out a questionnaire and then hopped on a 10 minute zoom call where some "doctor" just read me the same exact questions I had already answered on the quiz beforehand. She proceeded to prescribe me 50mg Zoloft. She did not explain what SSRI's do to your brain, what any side effects were, or anything. I tried to ask her, and she just said it'll help me, seemingly just to shut me up and get the call over with. I started on 50mg Zoloft and was required to meet with one of their therapists. Not to mention, they say they accept insurance, but after insurance my consultation fee was $500!!! $500 for that lazy doctor to read out questions from her screen and not even answer my questions and prescribe an extremely serious brain altering drug without telling me the details. When it came to the therapist, all I requested was a woman. Nope, I got a man-who every call would just read off some packet he had on his screen and made no effort, and was also mot very qualified (he asked me how to spell multiple simple words for his reports). I stopped the therapy within the first few weeks. Cut to the second month, I'd gone through my first 30 days of Zoloft, and I go to pick up my refill and see it has been bumped up to 100mg. I had no appointment to check up on my status one month into the medication, no messages, no nothing. No notification that they were upping my dosage either. But hey, I assumed these were TRUSTWORTHY and RESPONSIBLE doctors. How wrong I was. A month of 100mg felt like my brain had melted, it was way too much for someone who had just began the drug, and I will emphasize that my brain was still growing, I was only 18! After this month I finally had a consultation to see how I was doing, when I asked why they bumped me up (the same lazy psychiatrist) she seemed shocked, she didn't mean to order 100mg! It was a mistake! Wow! A couple months go by, back down the 50mg. Suddenly, I'm out of Zoloft and my refill request has been denied. Why? Because I didn't make a very specific appointment with harmony bay (despite there being no notification that I had to do this at all) and hence my account had been deleted! Yep! I called and called, not only is it impossible to get ahold of anyone there, but once you do they have no idea what they're doing! They knew who I was, they knew my name, I knew my security questions and my SSN of course. Nope, not enough! I had to remake my account, pay another $500-$600 to get RE EVALUATED, and I had to wait until their next available appointment: a week from then. Reminder, I had run out of Zoloft. So not only was I short another couple hundred dollars (as a broke l, depressed, 18 year old college student to boot!), I was going through SSRI withdrawals and couldn't work. I got so sick, the whole time I had chills, fever, and constant nausea. And guess what? It won't be the first time I go through withdrawals because of harmony bay! Finally, hundreds of dollars later and being extremely sick for a week, I get back on Zoloft. Cut to another few months later, I'm traveling out of state and I tell harmony bay to send my medication to the pharmacy I'll be closer to. "No problem!" They say, and they verify the address. All good! Except-of course-it's not good, because these people are the worst. I run out of Zoloft on my travels, and I head to the pharmacy we had agreed on. They don't have my prescription! I'm trying to call and call and I couldn't get ahold of anyone at harmony bay for two days. Never got a call back. I'm on vacation, so instead of dealing with this again I go to urgent care and get an emergency supply of Zoloft to stop the oncoming withdrawals. How much was that bill you may ask? $300! When I finally got ahold of harmony bay days and days later, they said they indeed sent my medication to the aforementioned pharmacy. What had happened? THEY SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. THEY SOMEHOW MISSPELLED MY NAME. YEP. At this point I'm so over it, and I want to quit the medication. I asked them to provide me with a smaller dosage so I can ween off. Finally I was free. Or so I thought. Cut to about a year and a half later, and my credit card gets a random charge of $600 from harmony bay. What possibly for you may ask?Delayed "consultation" charges. I called and called and of course couldn't get ahold of anyone. I was so exhausted at this point I was screaming into the voicemail. I think I just scared them at this point and that's why they refunded my money. They said they couldn't delete my account, so I screamed some more and they said they'd disable it. I could probably take legal action against these horrifically irresponsible "doctors" but I don't even want to deal with them during that. DONT GO HERE, THESE PEOPLE ARE SERIOUSLY THE WORST. read more

I wish I could put zero stars. my telehealth therapist would be on her phone scrolling, not pay attention to me, sit there in silence after I spoke, and offered me absoutely no therapy, guidance, or care. After submitting a complaint about my therapist and asking to not pay for the balance of the services I WASN'T provided, they refused to disregard the charges or fix the problem in any way. I've tried to receive therapy from this place twice now. Both times, awful experiences. The first time my therapist didn't even know my name. The second time, they recommended a plan for me and I felt that wasn't best for my mental health journey so instead of finding something that would work for me they refused to give me any services and told me because I disagreed with them they wouldn't help me. I think that is a ridiculous policy for a place that claims they are there to help YOU through YOUR mental health journey. It feels so wrong that they're only willing to give you help if you 100% blindly agree with their treatment plan. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

Terrible. Do not use this service. Overpriced. Like a pill mill for psychiatric medications. They were charging my insurance $900 for a 20 minute medical management appointment. The therapy from the psychiatrist was poor but I have another therapist who I LOVE so I was truly just using HBW for medication management (I've been on the same meds for years. My insurance changed at the end of 2023 so I had to change providers. All these people had to do was write my prescriptions and collect the money.) As an ADHD patient, I struggle with keeping my appointments. Despite that, yesterday was the first time in 12 months of telehealth treatment with HBW that I missed my login time of 1:20pm. Dr Amoah Asante called me at 1:29pm to tell me to log in for our zoom appt. My system would not let me log in due to a huge storm occurring in Baltimore County, Maryland (high wings and heavy rains). I called the HBW office at 1:33pm asking for assistance. According to the office system, Dr Asante had marked me absent at 1:28pm - either before or at the exact moment she was calling me. Why would you call me to tell me to log in just to mark me absent in the same moment?? Do Not waste your time or money on this service. I used psychology today.com right after I got off the phone with the HBW office (in tears, of course), found another provider and I have an intake appointment tomorrow with her. The name of the practice is AKW Wellness and the provider's name is Anne Dalton, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC. She is accepting new patients and takes insurance. She's in my Carefirst Blue Choice network. read more

They should be reported for dangerous medical practices and shut down. I've been with HBW for a few years now and they've diminished in quality. I'm shocked that their Google reviews are so high and have no doubts that they get the negative reviews taken down. I needed an ESA letter and was bounced around medical records, my psychiatrist, and the front desk, and received different answers from everyone. It took 2 weeks to be told that they don't write ESA letters at all. What really bothered me is that they charged me the incorrect amount even after I double checked that my insurance was up to date. It's taken *months* for them to finally refund me $400. I've had to repeatedly call them, only to not get an answer and be given no option to leave a voicemail. Regardless of the quality of therapists and psychiatrists at HBW, do yourself a favor and don't sign up for HBW because it is so poorly run. I wish I left when my first therapist left. read more

Don't bother if youve got actual problems. $350 for an initial consultation (that is telehealth only and WILL be interrupted by your "provider's" dog being let out more than once) only for them to tell you that you need a higher level of care despite you having no plans of hurting yourself or others. I told the moron I spoke to that I cannot afford to take 2 weeks off from my dead end job, I needed help with med management to tolerate the dead end job so I can go to school and get out of the dead end job, which is the cause of all my depression. Now I can only get treatment if I take 2 weeks off the dead end job for "higher care" - I wonder what losing the only job I can get would do for my mental health?? Let's tack another year of unemployment onto this train wreck! Lesson learned: ALWAYS lie to your clueless privileged doctor!! I have now never had thoughts of hurting myself, I just have the sads sometimes and get ookie spookied in social situations :( That's all they're willing to treat, and at ASTRONOMICAL prices. Keep in mind I had NO plans and NO methods of doing harm to myself available to me! But now I'm out almost a week's pay for a "consultation," It's racketeering. If I hadn't been recommended here I never would have paid $350 for a consultation anyway, but clearly I'm desperate. They do not help the desperate, they just bankrupt them lol read more

My review is about Yolanda McCallum not so much Harmony Bay Wellness, LLC. I can only speak on my therapy experience, and it has been Great! I am not afraid to say that years ago, I was anxious about therapy for whatever the stigma or bias associated. I started going to treatment about 10 years ago, and my therapist retired, and I never returned for therapy. That was not to say I was better, but I didn't think I would connect with another person. About three years ago, I found myself engulfed in a whirlwind of traumatic and stressful events. The loss of my father left an irreplaceable void, and simultaneously, my husband and two of my children were grappling with serious illnesses. Suddenly, I was without my dominant male figure--someone who had always been a pillar of strength--while also being the primary caregiver to my three cherished loved ones. On top of this emotional turmoil, I was navigating the demands of a challenging career and juggling my responsibilities as a full-time student. The weight of it all was taking a significant toll on my mental health. In my quest for healing, I embarked on a journey to find a new therapist, guided by very specific criteria. I yearned for a black female therapist, ideally from Generation X, who had a background in trauma and could resonate with my spiritual beliefs. Meeting these criteria felt crucial, as I believed this connection would foster a deeper understanding of my experiences and struggles. It was truly serendipitous when I crossed paths with Yolanda McCallum. Finding Yolanda wasn't an easy journey. Early on in our sessions, she transitioned to a new practice that unfortunately did not accept my insurance, leading to another frustrating lapse in my treatment during a time when I thought I was on the right path--almost eight months passed before we reconnected when she joined Harmony Bay Wellness Group. When we met again, it felt like a divine intervention. Yolanda has been nothing short of a Godsend in my life. With her compassionate guidance, I feel truly seen and heard. She has a unique ability to tune into my experiences, and her insights have helped me confront my deep-seated wounds in a way that aligns with my faith. Establishing a connection with a therapist can be challenging; it often requires going through several before finding the right match. I am grateful that God guided me to her, for she has become an invaluable gift in my healing journey. read more

I started doing telehealth in August 2024 I was told they accepted my insurance. I started to get concerned when my insurance wasn't being billed. So I continued going until November and made a point to get in touch with the billing department. I had called before and was told my claims were sent. Once I received an EOB it was clear they were out of network. I am honestly in shock that they did this because if I would've gotten an EOB back in August I would've stopped going completely. It seemed like they held off on the billing as long as possible just to continue the services for them to be put out of network. This entire ordeal has been unreal. Today I just received an email they will no longer be servicing New York patients. I am sure it's because they have been billing people without their permission and telling them they are in network. The whole thing was a big scam. read more

I found a therapist through psychology today that was connected to HBW. I called their office and was told I needed to do an intake with a specialist before meeting with an ongoing therapist. The intake specialist met with my virtually and didn't introduce herself nor look at the camera until I said I was uncomfortable The intake person was extremely burn out seemingly and I just wanted it to be over. While the intake specialist said that the therapist I wanted had open availability, she said she was scheduling me for the same time for future appointments to save my spot. I figured I could cancel easily if I didn't like the therapist-- wrong! I called to cancel two appointments that the intake person had scheduled over my Christmas holiday. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and then told I couldn't cancel multiple appointments without talking to another office. After an additional 15 minutes on hold, I'm put in touch with the other office. By this point, I'm so sick of the place I ask to cancel all but my upcoming appointment to avoid a situation like this in the future. I was told that they couldn't cancel more than one month at a time (even though the intake person scheduled me for 42 appointments!). I told them to withdraw my name and I wanted nothing more to do with them. It's really disheartening that someone involved with mental health would be making getting help from a therapist so difficult. They should be put out of business. read more

The tele-health psychiatrists are simply going through the motions; they are merely there for a check. They don't ask questions, and they don't do the work they're supposed to. (especially when you go to them for medication monitoring) I have a $20 credit on my account for over payment which I highly doubt I will ever get back. $1100 charged to my insurance for an intake that took less than 30min is robbery. AVOID THIS PLACE! COMPLETE SCAM. I was not told at all that my insurance would be charged $1,100 just for an intake call, after which I was recommended to receive a higher level of care (before even meeting with a therapist) and discharged from the facility without agreeing to try an IOP. Trying to figure out if I can file a complaint with my insurance company to have the charge removed. Already reported them as well. Fingers crossed they are shut down soon. read more

I re-downloaded yelp to leave this review after a year and a half cause it still makes me mad. After 8 days in a behavioral health center doing inpatient work because I was having suicidal thoughts. I was discharged with my after care plan to return to me normal therapy and psychiatric doctors I was seeing before. No recommendation for higher level of care. That however was not good enough for harmony bay. They were insistent that I do an intensive outpatient program before being able to continue with treatment through them. I explained what my doctor had recommended, and wanted to pass on the IOP. I was told that if I didn't do the IOP I would be dropped by the practice, with no plan or help to find an alternative. I complained as high up and they truly did not care. Policy or not, they took the chance turning away somebody who had planned to kill themselves a month earlier. And they're lucky that's not on their hands. Could not say more strongly, this place is a disservice to mental health facilities and nobody should use them. read more

Absolutely horrible mental health service provider. I decided to go to therapy again and saw a harmony bay on psychology today. I set up an account and immediately got a call to set up an intake appointment. I was with a therapist for around 2 months before she told me she recommended I see an in person therapist. I thought this was a good idea because that was what I wanted to do originally. She told me someone would call me to help find a new therapist. I played phone tag with these people for days and was on hold for over an hour before I was able to talk to a person. They told me I needed to do an IOP to continue seeking services with them. This was very confusing because my therapist did not mention this. They called me back a few days later and told me if I tried to do an IOP I would get denied and I needed to be in a residential program. I was not doing well at the time but a residential program was a completely inappropriate option for what I was dealing with. I told them I would not be able to do this and they said I can't seek services with them any longer and provided zero help in offering an alternative option. They still charged my insurance for weeks after I terminated services. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional way to terminate a client. Do NOT go here!!!! read more

I have been or was a patient working with Harmony Bay from May/June 2022 up until 4/20/23 when they decided to to stop with my current treatment plan stating I'm "high risk" and the only treatment plan forward was to join their IOP program. I was not made aware of any condition that would require the immediate discontinuation of services while a treatment path is currently showing effective results. I was not given any advance warning nor did I receive appropriate paperwork of my treatment plans or alternatives to make an informed decision. Any discussion of next level care was only made as a "recommendation" but at no point did they state they can stop providing services at their discretion. There should have been a reasonable time frame for a continuation of services to be coordinated if I agreed to joining their next level of care. Instead both my therapist and psychiatrist decided to end my treatment service without warning. Even exploring additional methods of therapy such as Spravato or TMS, I was not offered any other additional options or tthe ability to work with different providers. Harmony Bay and their providers have completely abandoned me as a patient and have failed as a mental health facility. read more

ETA: After looking into this more, it seems there are NO psychiatrists associated with Harmony Bay at all. And the Dr. Andrea Papa I found on Psychology Today that was accepting new patients for in-person visits is also taking new patients for in-person visits in Indiana... Pennsylvania... Arizona... New Jersey... Florida.... Ohio.... this doesn't appear to be a real person, just bait to reel in new victims. In addition, they posted phony reviews on Google. All of the positive reviews for Harmony Bay are posted by accounts that only posted 1 review- this one. The negative reviews come from actual established accounts that have pictures and have left many reviews before. They're not even thorough with their grift! Original post: I was looking for a psychiatrist to do my med management and I found one online with Harmony Bay who was taking new patients, in person, and accepted my insurance. I called to make an appointment but unfortunately I was told that particular psychiatrist wasn't taking new patients and it was only telehealth, but I went ahead with it anyways. The intake clinician told me I needed to go to the ER for a psych eval based on my answers to the questions (fair enough, I'm extremely depressed), so I went to the ER and had basically the most degrading, humiliating experience of my life in the psych crisis unit. The following day the director of Harmony Bay reached out to tell me a psychiatrist would be in touch with me that day to get the ball rolling on my treatment (and she told my dad the same thing), but no call came. I looked on my patient portal to see if I was missing something, and they had sent me a list of resources I could use in Indiana (I live in New Jersey). I called the director today and she said there must have been a miscommunication because no psychiatrists were working yesterday or today. She said if I needed med management I'd have to join the IOP, which I'm not interested in and can't do because of my work hours. I think letting someone believe they'd be offered med management then telling them later they'd have to do an IOP is the grift. Seems like they sent me to the hospital to protect themselves against liability, but failed to protect ME, a person who is very vulnerable. Based on these reviews it seems they grift you one way or another, so just avoid it in the first place and go somewhere else. read more

Definitely do not recommend HBW as a place of treatment. I've completed two separate intakes thru HBW. One was in 2023, where once I met with a clinician for med management (for MDD), the provider immediately told me that they were leaving the practice after the first appointment, and that I would have to connect with another provider through HBW. More recently, I completed a second intake. The intake clinician informed me that I had to be referred to an IOP, after I shared with them that I was coming to the practice due to work overwhelmed (meaning I would not have time AT ALL for an IOP?). Once I shared I wasn't interested, the clinician affirmed for me that it was "voluntary" and that I do not need to complete it, but that it was a recommendation. After the intake, I checked in the client portal and saw I had discharge paperwork still referring me to this IOP program through their sister agency. I was contacted by an admin representative who told me that if I did not complete the recommendation, that I would have to find a different mental healthcare provider. Bewildered by this experience, I went to look at online reviews for this agency. Every single negative review is derived from someone being recommended to their IOP. I have never seen such an absurd experience echoed by this many people, due to one agency, so I highly suggest that others consider this when looking for a mental healthcare provider. read more

Everything here is terrific! very quick intake appointments followed up with next week treatment schedule. So friendly and comforting is my experience. Very educational for TMS & EMDR treatment services and scheduling. A more personal experience than I had expected!! completely thrilled and will refer to Harmony Bay every opportunity I can! Thank you Shamaya, Juan, Dr. Masry and especially MELISSA! read more

I have never been in contact with so many different people on the associate level within 1 organization in varying roles and departments who all are very unhelpful and not knowledgeable. If you're seeking assistance for your mental wellness, this place will actually be detrimental. I found the providers themselves to be useful however the process to make appointments, change appointments, make contact for questions, billing, is entirely flawed. I can't understand how they are still in business. They were billing my old insurance for months after multiple conversations and emails with different people to bill the correct insurance. The amount of time spent on hold or on the phone with their useless associates to correct issues was more time than I actually spent with providers to receive care. If you value your time, your mental wellness and your patience, go elsewhere. read more

Dont waste your time. I was suicidal after seeing a therapist. Her supervisor sent me an email the next day asking what happened. An email. Couldn't even bother to call me. A week goes by with no contact. My new therapist did not fit as she does not to DBT. They don't bother to match you with a therapist that can actually help you. Elizabeth Kraewic could not be bothered by me calling wanting to speak with a supervisor while currently suicidal. Harmony Bay could give to fucks about your wellbeing. Stay away. read more

I was in real crisis when I contacted them, and right away I was placed in their Intensive Outpatient Program. It was fantastic. Their therapists are very caring, the group sessions are so informative and interactive. I learned so much about how to cope, how to recognize when anxiety and depression are coming on, and ways to stay even like meditations. Once I "graduated" IOP I matched with a therapist that instantly connected with me. I'm very grateful. Just as an aside - I see comments here that mention the cost. Yes, if you go into the IOP program it's expensive. My insurance isn't the best, so I ended up paying around $2,000 out of pocket for the 10-week program. That program is 3 group sessions a week, each lasting 3 hours, once a week single therapy and every other week medication management. It was worth every penny. The standard therapy and medication management are on par with the standard pricing. I also see comments about the phone and email contact. Yes, I will say that the phone system is not great. The key is to leave a message if the system allows you to do so. I've never had a problem with my messages being answered. I have waited on the phone for 15 minutes and longer and not spoken with anyone, and I've had my emails not answered. Just leave the voice message. read more

I recently had an experience with Harmony Bay Wellness Center, and unfortunately, it was not as positive as I had hoped. My first visit was on December 19, 2023, and during my initial inquiry, I was explicitly told that they accepted Tufts Health Direct Silver 2000. However, in February 2024, I was informed that they are not in-network with my insurance, and I would have to pay for the services I received. This was a shock and has caused unexpected financial strain. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding their network status. If there was a change, I believe I should have been informed after my first visit to avoid any confusion. I hope that others considering Harmony Bay Wellness are aware of the potential for discrepancies in the information provided, especially regarding insurance coverage. Clear communication is crucial, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet that expectation. I would not recommend this center to anyone!!! read more

I cannot recommend this mental health facility enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like I was in a safe and supportive environment. The staff members were compassionate, understanding, and truly dedicated to helping me on my journey towards mental wellness. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a range of amenities and activities to help me stay engaged and focused on my treatment goals. The therapy sessions were some of the most impactful and transformative experiences of my life, and I was impressed by the range of evidence-based techniques and interventions used by the clinicians. Overall, I feel like this facility helped me make enormous progress towards overcoming my mental health challenges, and I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling and looking for high-quality care. read more

I am attempting to cancel an appointment, but the option is not available on the online portal, which is highly inconvenient for users. Instead, I am required to call in and wait on hold. As of now, I have been on hold for 66 minutes with no indication of how much longer the wait will be. This lack of transparency and accessibility is extremely frustrating, especially considering that if I am unable to cancel in time, a cancellation fee will be unfairly charged to my account. read more

Absolute Fraud company. They have been running a scam for years and will continue to bill you way after you stop their services. They place charges for random amounts on your CC. Do NOT give them your CC info. No one will answer when you call or respond to your emails. Absolute thieves. They should be in jail. Stay far away !!!!!!! read more
