Not one time in my four months there did I ever see one trailer swept or cleaned out also just found our today that any vacation time unused isn't available to be paid out once released from job. Now I understand why they don't allow us to use alot of our vacation and flex time because really there trying to save every penny they can. If I was you guys I would stay away from this place. I seen it first hand. Trailers are never cleaned before or after your food is placed in 20 year old trailers that have been swept out five times on those twenty years.

I did actually split, a meal with wings mashed potatoes, no gravy, but they had some and mac & cheese into a large container for a meal for one person I guess. It was way more than one person could probably eat and I was correct we didn't need any more . Even though this is not the most common place we go to eat it wasn't bad at all! The last two times I've been to this DG store, the cashiers have been condescending, unhelpful, and…read morereally very rude. I'm the first to admit that I don't understand their coupons. I have the online app so I went to coupons or deals, (whatever it was called) and what popped up was five dollars off $25 & $10 off $30. I knew I had over $30 worth of items. I double checked the coupon and it said it's good until June 13. It did not say only good on weekends or Saturdays or whatever their policies might be, that I never have used too much. So I asked the cashier & showed her my phone with the coupon she says, " no this is only for Saturday". I said ,it doesn't have that on here. says that it's good until June 13. I'm thinking maybe it's a special coupon to get me a shop there more often or something. She said 'well I'm telling you it's not good till Saturday'. Then she summoned over another cashier who looked very annoyed & didn't want to be bothered with me and my ignorance of the store policies. She replied 'it's not good 'and walked away. At this point, I was a little put off by the attitude I was getting from both of them. It wasn't kind or helpful. The cashier kept saying ma'am in a very belittling manner. So I asked if theres a manager or somebody we could ask about it. She said 'ma'am, that WAS the manager and she said you can't do it.' I realized as I was checking out that this will be the last time I'll be in this store. There's other stores and there's other DG's The behavior is apparently accepted by management here, but I don't have to accept it.

I stopped going to that store and started going to Home Rd store but I got some coupons for Park Rd Dollar General and I used them because I took them to the store toward Upper Valley Mall and the coupons were only good for Park Rd. This makes the 4th negative experience at Park Rd. Do not send me any coupons anymore because I'm not going to use them. There are too many other stores to shop at. Meijer, Walmart, Ollies, Roses, Rural King, Aldi, Kroger, Dollar Tree stores, the other Dollar Stores (not General). I had to ask the manager (Carla) who had her back to me until I asked her if she was the cashier then the other girl, whom I usually like but when a cashier is too lazy to swing the bagged item around to the customer instead of reaching over the device while she talks to someone she obviously knew was rude. I know what rude is and they are sour women.
