They've been available when I have questions, and seem to have a lot of knowledge when it comes to their products. I like the variety of what they carry, especially given that it's a small-ish store, and in fact I find they carry a better variety for children than the child-specific store down the street. My only complaint is that the products can be quite pricey, however I feel like that's kind of on par with smaller stores and with the area. ETA: My partner was with me one of the subsequent times that I went, as I've been to Mrs. Greenway a few times now. As a visibly LGBTQ person of colour, she said she's always a bit wary of new places in predominantly white areas, but felt totally welcome at Mrs. Greenway with no concerns.
