The second time involved the removal of a large tree in our front yard that had to be removed because it blocked a sewer line trench project. The crew came early and it was done in no time, including the stump grinding. They used the woodchips to repack the hole and bring it back up to ground leve. Not only was he days late but he never contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming as promised the first time. I had to chase after him to get any info regarding a date. Obviously he doesn't write things down and depends on strictly memory, or he simply doesn't care.
