Upon completion of the plans, there was a slight delay before the project was started due to other projects in progress. To me, that was reasonable considering he's a one-man-shop. The bed was completed in two weeks time, and to my surprise it was incredibly sturdy. No squeaks, moans or groans here! I found the craftsmanship to be top notch, as I couldn't find any flaws. Having a custom piece of furniture made is costly, but C.T. Cain was more than helpful in ways to save. To me it proves he's not out to nickel and dime you to death! I love my bed, and I will forever refer back to CTC Woodworking. I highly recommend his services for anyone wanting custom furniture!

Communication was good in the beginning, then calls and texts weren't returned, owner states he never received them. Delivery was delayed for many different reasons, and installation was a nightmare!!! Cabinets were not level, doors and drawers rubbed on screws, and owner of company blamed everyone from the dry wallers to the builder to the hinge manufacturer! After cabinets were finally installed...we had a list of a dozen items that needed adjusting and repaired. Owner of company gave us a one year warranty... after 6 weeks, our pull out drawer was not working as it should. We were told that the cost would be $100 an hour to look at it....we fixed it ourselves by adding shims into the bottom of drawer!!!
