When we arrived for the first time we called to inform them we were in the parking lot and they let us know we could go inside. We were treated with a temperature check and lots of masked smiles. Our hygienist was Kayla and she was so great with our little one. She took note of the preference sheet and knew just how to make our little one smile. Dr. Chinonis greeted us almost immediately and assessed the lip tie and explained the procedure. The lip tie was taken care of in less than 1 min with minimal crying and bleeding. They made an appointment for him the same day within the hour! I've never been able to get an appointment that quickly with my own dentist. They are true their claim that emergencies are seen the same day, even if you're not a regular patient. My dad ended up needing a root canal and he said Dr. Schmitt did a great job.
