I came to get to dewormer for my baby kitten which didn't even weigh one pound. I was given 0.5 ML , online it says per pound it's 0.1 ML. So my cat was given 5x the dosage that he was supposed to take. I called to let them know that my kitten had died because they had given too much dewormer so it ended up dying and was told "one pound kittens receive 5 ML of dewormer " when online it doesn't say that at all. Love an appreciate this clinic. My husband and I are new to the Oglethorpe area. One of our furbabies was sick and not acting himself. I called 6 clinics and everyone said they could not see my furbaby. I called this clinic and the lady who answered the phone was very sweet and concerned, after putting me on hold she asked me how soon could we get there. We are 30 minutes from the clinic, we were told to come on in. We got there staff was very nice. They took care of our baby and gave us instructions how to care for him at home for the next 24 hours. Dr. Harper and the staff have been absolutely amazing when it comes to my furbaby Rosita any time I call because I've found something strange with her they are ready to help and reassure me it's nothing to panic over like her recent hives reaction that has not reappeared from what ever caused it since she was prescribed medicine. They are really great on communicating too especially since I work during their open hours, they always make sure to leave me a voicemail and return any of my voicemails. read more

My pet came here for treatment. She was a Dotson and chihuahua mix. In 2010 the staff euthanized my sweet dog without my consent. I called and spoke with the staff after speaking to the person that took her there and they said she had already passed. No one reached out to make sure I was ok or if there was anything they could do to rectify the issue.
