I called to let them know that my kitten had died because they had given too much dewormer so it ended up dying and was told "one pound kittens receive 5 ML of dewormer " when online it doesn't say that at all. I was upset because I was given some half assed apology and couldn't even own up to it!

Our dog was having an allergic reaction on Monday and Woodland wasn't open until 10am! I called Griffin Animal Care and they said to bring her in right away. They saw us fast and took great care of her, Dr. Webb was great at explaining what they were doing and I am positive Woodland would have charged me at least twice as much. We will definitely be switching to Griffin Animal care for all our vet needs.
