Sometime around 6 pm on July 21, 2023, our giant pine tree snapped in two and fell on our house. Denson Tree Service drove an hour from Albertville and by 10 pm were hard at work with all necessary heavy equipment (crane truck, dump truck with claw, backhoe, work lights, and more). Billy, the owner, said he thought about waiting till the next day, but after seeing weather reports of more rain by 2 am, decided to come that night. By 3 am they had the tree completely off the house and tarping in place...it was amazing, we've never seen anything like it! The crew worked efficiently, safely, and at top speed. The next day when I looked around, I was so touched. They had carefully moved my pots of flowers out of harm's way. Such care and thoughtfulness! And they cleaned up as they went. Today they removed the remaining debris and our yard and driveway are immaculate. We don't even have the pile of branches on the curb all our neighbors have. I put a quote request out on home advisor and out of about 6 quotes, Y Professional was one of the fasted and best prices. Once my HOA approved, they put me on the schedule. I'm waiting for them to come back and grind the stumps tomorrow and to haul of the rest of the trees, but I was impressed! They even stacked some of it for our Fire pit. It's not easy finding a company you can trusted they used ropes to lower the piece of tree too. They even spared my huckleberry tree that is growing out of the dead oak stump per my request Only downside is they scratched my fence a little because I have a single gate. They also don't clean up the saw dust from stump grinding.
