We recently bought our house in the winter and discovered the builder left 2 dead oak trees on the property and one was leading toward the house. I put a quote request out on home advisor and out of about 6 quotes, Y Professional was one of the fasted and best prices. Once my HOA approved, they put me on the schedule. I'm waiting for them to come back and grind the stumps tomorrow and to haul of the rest of the trees, but I was impressed! They even stacked some of it for our Fire pit. It's not easy finding a company you can trusted they used ropes to lower the piece of tree too. They even spared my huckleberry tree that is growing out of the dead oak stump per my request Only downside is they scratched my fence a little because I have a single gate. They also don't clean up the saw dust from stump grinding. read more

They were on time, did what they said they would do and honored my request to be very careful around my flowers and bird nest!!! They knew what they were doing so I let them train some of the younger crew members. read more

The name says it all - they are very professional and did everything I asked. trimmed trees look great and a 60 foot leaning oak tree is gone along with worrying about the next big storm. They arrived around 8:30 and were done by 1:00. They are also very pleasant and polite and cleaned up after finishing the chainsaw work. Y responded quickly and at a good price. Unfortunately, I was led to believe the city would haul the downed tree away. Not true. The tree left a huge mess between the sidewalk and street. Stump grinding did not happen for several days and when it was done, it was not done to our satisfaction. We were promised a call back with removal, but that never happened. In fact, we found communication difficult. I got hold of another company to remove the tree remains. They did it quickly and efficiently. I would advise avoiding Y Professional Tree Service. There are better people and services out there. read more
