Hiring Naomi was the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only is her music so wonderfully beautiful, she has a charming and charismatic personality, and is a team player! Including Naomi in our wedding was one of the best and easiest decisions! My husband and Dad met her at a bridal bazaar and instantly wanted to have her at our wedding. We had never discussed having a harpist, but it sounded amazing so we set up a meeting to meet with Naomi. She invited us over her house and put on a private show for us. We asked her if she could play The Luckiest because we wanted that to be the song I walked down the aisle to. She had never heard of it so we pulled up the notes for her and reading from our phone she started to play. It sounded MAGICAL. We knew instantly. We met Naomi at a wedding expo and the first thing I asked her was if she could play Metallica, to which she replied "I can play anything". We hired her to play at our April wedding in Fallbrook and again, I asked her if she could play Metallica, but this time she replied that she tried it and it didn't sound good (even though the songs I wanted were instrumentals). Whatever, I thought, we still loved the idea of a Harpist playing as our guests were seated. As our wedding approached, it appeared that it was going to rain and we were making arriangments to move the wedding into the tented area. Naomi met my wife to be at the venue and that's when things went bad. She made a huge fuss about it being too cold, too wet, etc for her to play and there was no way she was going to do it. (Keep in mind this was the DAY BEFORE our wedding.) When my wife pressed her, she said she would return the entire fee, wrote a check and then gave my wife the old plastic rain coat she was wearing as a "wedding gift" and left.
