Instead, bagels were served cold, straight out of the bag, and without cinnamon. Without taking a bite I returned order to Chef/Cook and told her she should be ashamed to serve this. Upon leaving I notified cashier of the inferior quality of our order. I then left message on Ozark Country Market website detailing this event. Neither Cook, Cashier or Owner responded to correct inferior food and service. I could have walked next door to Arrow Cafe and had 2 pecan waffles for $18. The only reason I am posting 1 star is due to yelp requirement. I won't return.

When we politely asked if we could replace it, she raised her voice and said, "I didn't break it, you did, so if you want another one you will pay for it too." Mistakes happen, we were even helping clean it up, but the attitude was shocking. It was not that big of a deal and she made it known she was extremely inconvenienced. I hope management addresses this behavior, as no parent or child should be treated that way in a store setting.
