As we were about to check out, the lady at self-checkout told us they were down and had to wait until they were back up and running for at least about 5-10 minutes. There were almost no registers open that had cashiers ring up groceries for you. Go to Carter's instead if want to do your grocery shopping. They have way better service than this retail giant putting profits before customers while crushing smaller and locally-owned businesses.
