The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.
