Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. She's already raving about it back home in Tulsa, and I'll be spreading the word too--Hale House is truly a Fort Worth gem! We'll definitely be back.

Everything I said about this place in my previous review, still rings true but they do have a lot of clothing that older women find appealing. So we found a beautiful smock blouse, long and floaty in a nice bright red and we brought it up to the counter. It was $160 plus with tax and all the girl did was wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag , but she even had to ask if we wanted a bag. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? And what of the merchants there wouldn't they appreciate having their stock treated a little bit better with a little bit more respect.?

Frankly I was awed by how beautiful the area was and the attention to detail in the surrounding architecture. Gift is located right in the center of it and shares the space with a nail salon. They have a small but mighty variety of items, including home decor, purses, jewelry, cards and much more. You can tell everything in the store is uniquely curated. I found some brands I really love that I hadn't seen in a few years. Last but not least, the employee working at the store was kind and walked us through some of the items they carry. They offer gift wrapping and will wrap your flowers which is a lovely touch. I picked up some dried flowers and a card. They encouraged me to explore local shops across from them. After a staff lunch one day one of my coworkers convinced us to take a detour to Keeping Up with the Joneses before we headed back to work. I am so glad I did. This little shop is the perfect size. It's small, quaint, and has just enough to browse without being overwhelming. We started with the clearance rack outside and the clothes were so cute! The sales are really good! One of my coworkers scored a gorgeous blue and white work dress and a pink and coral lace dress for a wedding reception--both on sale for $50! They had some cute white shirts with black printed sayings on them. I got two that said "Chanel and Champagne" although I was really in love with the "You had me at Merlot" shirt. They just didn't have it in my size. :-( The sizes available go up to size 14. If you look hard enough you can find some items in XXL, but the selection is small, so keep an open mind. I plan to regularly stop by to see what is on sale and maybe fall in love with more of their clothes. I spotted some gorgeous dresses and tops, but again my size wasn't available. There's a small fitting room in the shop. It's located in the back of the store, which is also where Aria Salt is (they share the space). One thing that I really love is that the material of the clothes felt thick and durable. You can tell the clothes are well made and will last. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving tips on what kind of shoes went with my coworker's dresses and ringing us up quickly. I also scored two large stemless wine glasses for 50% off each. I'm loving my new wine glasses! Can't wait to go back to Keeping up with the Joneses!
