About 20 years ago he replaced my roof, he had a great price, used the best material, his workmanship was exceptional, everyone was courteous, he kept the worksite meticulous, and he completed on time. Recently, the 20 year old rubber boots on our plumbing roof vents dried out and started dripping during heavy rain. I called Steve to see if he could come out for a repair. Had a issue with my roof. Called and spoke with Steve and he scheduled a appointment for the next day at 9am. Great, my roof is going to get fixed. Got the next day off of work so I will be there for the appointment. Sitting home and 9 comes and goes 9 :30, 9:45, 10:30, 11:00. NO SHOW. Glad I wasted the day off to get something important done.
