Be patient on items not in stock, and you will be glad you did. There's nothing else out there like it. Everyone at Vansons rallied around and between the seamstress who took my measurements to my salesperson Jeanne, the experience couldn't have been better. Their attention to detail was meticulous. They were so friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. There was a delay in the production of my jacket but it was because of the Clovid thing and no fault of Vansons. Well, I picked up my jacket last Thursday (just in time for the 4th of July). The jacket came out perfect. Every little detail was in place. The most Important thing to me was the fit. It fit me like a glove. Every measurement was accounted for and in place to make my "one of a kind" jacket incredibly comfortable and well tailored. In addition to sales, they also service machines, and this is where I trust them completely. I brought my Bernina Record 930 machine that was made in 1984 in for repair and the amazing repair people at Blaine's were able to fix my machine so that all of the specialty stitches work (they had been broken for years) and the machine purrs like it's new. These repair people have earned my highest praise, and I feel likt the price that I was charged for the repair was more than fair! Blaine's also earns extra points for being a Project Linus drop off center. I love that they are supportive of this non-profit that gives blankets to hospitalized children and children in trauma. Blaine's is bright, clean, and well organized. So glad that family owned businesses like this still exist!

The embroidery was not spaced or lined up correctly. The back of the blanket still had paper adhered to the fabric. When I called and spoke with the owner, he offered no recourse. She also assured me he would place the order in time for my departure. Now I know mistakes happen so I did call the store spoke with somebody in management and they said somebody would call me right back which they did. And I believe the manager at the warehouse called me a back apologized and took care of the situation, very quickly very rapidly and very professionally. Personally, I know things happen so I feel like the customer service to fix the issue to rectify this was top-tier and I was very appreciative of how fast they got me my new product.
