I guess I'll tell her what I don't like first Dr. ghosh really needs to improve his English. I have a lot of difficulty understanding him. He insist to see my child every time I call with a question I find this very annoying and unnecessary especially when he sees my child probably pretty regular anyways. The nurses always seem pretty nice although they are terribly delayed in getting referrals in from my experience. The office is small it doesn't have many toys especially for a pediatric office it really doesn't feel like they pour a lot of time into the children. When I first brought my child and he insisted to take his temperature anally and then as a result there was a mess and they actually had me and my mother clean it up instead of the nurse do it not a big thing but it also just seem kind of weird especially since it's not like we were doing anything wrong that caused it. They only allow one parent in which is really bizarre and I have a really hard time understanding why Medicaid would ever say that was regulation. I always have to wait for quite a long time it seems like especially for when I have a appointment. The things I do like about Dr. Goetsch is that he gives chiropractic for children referrals which is like pulling teeth out of other professionals. I do like that every time I need to come in they always are able to get me in in a timely fashion. I don't like that they don't hand out much paperwork about my child I guess the relying on me to go on their online website which I never do. They're not very good at reminding you of your appointments either and there was one time that I came in and they didn't even know I was coming like they forgot that I scheduled an appointment or didn't get put into the computer that was kind of annoying but they made it work. I don't likethat the office seems cold and not real friendly. The atmosphere is kind of depressing to me. The visits are pretty short but Dr. Ghosh seems to be pretty thorough most the time. I rated him solo mainly because my inability to understand his English I have to believe that I'm not the only one who has this trouble. I'm pretty good with languages I have friends who speak English as second language and I usually can tell what they're saying but I have a really hard time understanding what Dr. ghosh is getting out when he says things. I have to give him three stars though because he does usually listen and give referrals as I ask and I find that to be a good doctor one that doesn't try to make all the decisions for the parent.

They said I had to see a nurse in order to get the prescription, no problem. I said it is a toothache, can she really look at it? They then called to move up my appointment. I sat in the room approximately 40 minutes, just for a nurse to see me, in order to write it up. I was there a total of one hour, and finally walked out... without being seen. And, as I am walking out the door, Liz says, "Oh, now they are ready to see you now! " Maybe this was an end of the year cash grab....

When she voiced her concerns and asked for another option she was belittled, told that her research was wrong (although she searched actual medical journals for her information)and was told to stop playing Dr. Google. As an intelligent woman, my daughter has decided she would rather have a doctor that listens and treats her as a human being and takes her concerns seriously. Very disappointed in Dr. Staggs. The previous Doctor I had seen that my then husband also went to had suddenly sent me a letter dropping me as a patient- out of the blue. Anyway, I went to Dr. Hawk. He seemed kind of strange but knowledgeable and I was desperate for a primary care. Oh by the way- Dr. James Merlin Hawk originally practiced medicine in San Bernardino CA and had his California license revoked. How he ended up in Harrison Arkansas I have no idea. He also apparently ran a pain clinic- of which I was not a part of. Anyway- one day my late husband and I were at his office in a exam room waiting for Dr. Hawk to appear for my appointment. A hour went by. Now this is a tiny funky dink kkk ran town with a population of about 12,000 " people" My husband was a cigarette smoker and began to get antsy and wanted to go out and have a cigarette. He did and a Nurse or something came and opened the exam room door and glared at me. Next thing I was being thrown out of the office and banned.
