Our Company rented Bakersfield Photobooth's Open Air booth for our Christmas party. I would not…read morerecommend nor will I rent from them in the future. They were difficult to get a a hold of and lacked communication. I had sent multiple emails requesting specific design & text for our photo strip which they didn't fulfill. They told me they would not work on the artwork until the week of the event....with the event being on a Tuesday it gave much less time to proof & we ended up with a design we weren't thrilled with. The photobooth.....I arrived at the venue early purposely in order to wait their arrival (They told us one hour prior to the start of the event). They didn't arrive until 30-40 past the original time they said they would be there which pushed the run time to about 20-30 after the event had started. The photos were EXTREMELY bright and washed out ALL OF our guests photos. When it was brought to the attention of the attendant later in the evening, his response was he basically didn't know how to fix it..... On our invoice, a selling point or breakdown for the booth included SMS messaging(the booth would send you a copy of your photo via text message).....it didn't work. When I overheard a guest ask the attendant why it wasn't working...he simply said he didn't know. It is frustrating to pay for a service included in your total and not receive it. Overall, the attendant was friendly, but with the overall experience we received from Bakersfield Photo Booth, we will not be renting in the future.
