He had great interaction with our students and explained to them how the timer worked before each group took their photos. They provided the backdrop and props to wear or hold. The break down of the booth was quick after the event ended. The students loved taking pictures with their friends and receiving the photo strips. Our Company rented Bakersfield Photobooth's Open Air booth for our Christmas party. I would not…read morerecommend nor will I rent from them in the future. They were difficult to get a a hold of and lacked communication. I had sent multiple emails requesting specific design & text for our photo strip which they didn't fulfill. They told me they would not work on the artwork until the week of the event....with the event being on a Tuesday it gave much less time to proof & we ended up with a design we weren't thrilled with. The photobooth.....I arrived at the venue early purposely in order to wait their arrival (They told us one hour prior to the start of the event). They didn't arrive until 30-40 past the original time they said they would be there which pushed the run time to about 20-30 after the event had started. The photos were EXTREMELY bright and washed out ALL OF our guests photos. When it was brought to the attention of the attendant later in the evening, his response was he basically didn't know how to fix it..... On our invoice, a selling point or breakdown for the booth included SMS messaging(the booth would send you a copy of your photo via text message).....it didn't work. When I overheard a guest ask the attendant why it wasn't working...he simply said he didn't know. It is frustrating to pay for a service included in your total and not receive it. Overall, the attendant was friendly, but with the overall experience we received from Bakersfield Photo Booth, we will not be renting in the future.

They have an attendant that is there to help with any thing as well. They have many props to use for some memorable photos. The guests seemed to really enjoy this. The photos came out looking great, much better than the ones I remember from the days at the fair. The pricing is great and the service was excellent. After your event is over you can view the images on the website and get a DVD of the photos. It was definitely worth the price.
