Dr. Gordon has been my personal doctor for over 12 years. He has been absolutely excellent. Not only is he highly professional but he is also very personable and knowledgeable. He has helped me navigate a wide variety of medical conditions over the years, always listening, examining and offering solutions. As a long time attorney, who works with physicians as part of my practice (not family physicians), I have dealt with a large number of doctors in many specialities. I consider my doctor, Dr. Gordon, the best of the bunch and I know that Orlando Magazine has recognized him as one of the best in the metro area as well. Terrible terrible service. I wouldn't take my dog to this place. The lady that runs this place is the rudest person. They never answer the phone and then put you on hold forever. They make you an appointment and then you will show up and they aren't even there but if you miss an appointment they will try to charge you 35.00. They billed my insurance for appointment I never went to. After I complained about the billing of my insurance they "dismissed" me from coming there again. I would be very careful going here. Watch your insurance and your billing. They are shady and rude. Ruthie the office manager is the biggest bitch around. She claims to be the mastermind of the establishment. Hope Dr Gordon knows she is corrupting his business and losing good patients. I had been with him for 6 years. Watch out. Really bad business!!! After getting refills from them and now a few days before running out of my necessary meds she refused to refill my meds and dismissed me. Now I will run out of my necessary meds. But she didn't care. Some real professionals that care about the people they treat. There patients could have strokes and heart attacks due to their negligence. read more

I have been with Dr. Gordon for several years and never had a problem until now. His staff made a huge billing error and despite promises to fix it, they still have not done so. My credit is now at risk of being damaged as a result of a simple mistake that they cannot seem to find the time to fix. Save yourself a potential headache and find another doctor. read more

I called to shedule an appointment for a physical and to have some blood work done as Dr. Gordon was monitoring my cholesterol. I was told that these were two seperate "Procedures" and would require separate office visits. I also had some questions about medication that i was considering taking and was told that this would require a third visit as it was a separate "procedure" as well. (I have since been informed that this practice is fraudulent) I arrived on time for my appointment and waited a total of 45 minutes before i was approached by Dr. Gordon with a medical student in tow. He asked me if it would be ok if the medical student first asked me about my health concerns in his absence and when he returned he would assist me. I went through a list of personal health questions with the student who among other things, checked my thyroid to see if it was swollen. (Is this considered practicing medicine in the Dr's absence?) Dr. Gordon then reappeared with a second student in tow! Needless to say, the room was becoming rather crowded. After discussing my personal medical history and health concerns in front of the two students they left the room. I overheard them talking in the hallway and asking about different ways that they would be able to charge more money to the patients!! Dr. Gordons answer was an analogy about football. He said "When the league says you can't hit them in the knees anymore you go for the head, then they say you can't hit them in the head and pretty soon you can't even tackle them. Next thing you know, it's not football any more." They soon came back in the room and i was told that i would need bloodwork to check my testosterone specifically. I had some bloodwork done and as i left, was told that I would need to pay a $10.00 "Convenience" fee for having my blood taken there. In the weeks since, i've talked to many other Dr's that said I was bamboozeled and that I should throw a flag for "illegal procedure". read more
