We stopped for lunch and saw this little gem of a store. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smiling face. I forgot his name but he asked me if I needed any help. I asked him for puzzled and he walked me over explain the different types for different ages. I found one that fit my needs and decided to look around to see what else they had. It was two days before Christmas and they didn't have quite as much inventory but it was clean, organized, well lit and had many toys that I preferred like educational and arts and crafts. When i checked out the cashier a nice young lady asked me if I needed anything wrapped. I said yes and got a beautifully presented gift. Famous for making uniquely beautiful pottery in the shapes of birds and bunnies, these pieces are truly one of a kind. Each piece is handmade on site. I have been gifted a trio of the birds and they really are very special. I will always be reminded of Jackson every time I look at them. The studio is open to the public to shop from 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and is open for limited hours on Saturday as well. The pieces range from approximately $30-$300+. The people that work there are very friendly and can help you if you have any questions. The entrance to the store is on a sort of hidden drive but there is a sign that says Wolfe Fine Art Studio, so keep your eyes peeled!

On any giving day like today, you see the younger generation starting their tradition and building memories that are going to last a lifetime. I wanted to tell them to soak it all in; it goes by fast. Yes, it's the best chocolate in the world, but it also holds a special place in all of our hearts. I remember the owner back then and how she made this place special; she was and still is the sweetest. I think of her fondly as the chocolatier. People like myself who moved on from the state still stop by to purchase chocolate and hang around a bit outside, reminiscing during our visit.
