But it could be an event space for other types of occasions as well. I wish I had taken more pics of the grounds! Most of mine are related to the wedding or the wedding party, so I won't post those. The place is pretty scenic. It has a large main hall, a large lake, lots of space. With beautiful trees, including an outdoor area with seating for an outdoor wedding. It has a cute double bungulo bridal suit in the far back as well. One thing I will say is that GPS doesn't really find the location well. I will also note that our Uber driver was not sure how far up the road to go either. The location just drops off. There is a small sign on the main road near the entrance. If it's dark, you may miss it. But if during the day, you should be able to see it.

We came upon Harry the Potter' setup at the Flowood library shortly before Christmas. The owner was extremely patient with me and my two little children as we figured out what designs to go for. In the end, we got a teapot and various plates for my family abroad. I watched (somewhat amazed, somewhat skeptical) while she patiently painted my super-energetic 3-year-old's little hands and my 10-month-old's squirmy little feet. I decided at that point to leave the design specifics to her, as my kiddos were approaching meltdown. Folks, not only did she turn those little prints into adorable works of art (I'm so glad I left that up to her), she rushed my order at the last minute for me when I realized I needed them sooner than expected (we were going out of town). I can't recommend her more highly. I plan on making a call again very soon, as we now have other family members who want their own plates. By the way, you've got to get a teapot. The teapot is the best.

I understand that shipping and transit delays can happen with live products, and I was willing to be understanding of that situation. What was most disappointing was how the issue was handled afterward. I truly had no intention of leaving a negative review. However, after the order failed to arrive as promised, I was assured that I would receive a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, that refund was never issued, and communication became increasingly difficult. As a wedding florist, I rely on vendors to be transparent, responsive, and accountable when problems arise. Delays can happen, but standing behind your commitments is what matters most. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in this case. Because the smilax never arrived, I had to urgently source replacement greenery from my wholesaler in order to fulfill my client's wedding. In addition to the stress and last-minute scramble, I lost the $370 I had already paid for the smilax that was never delivered. I hope the company improves both its communication and follow-through so that other customers do not find themselves in the same situation. I would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter and receive the refund that was promised.
