My wife and I were planning a wedding for June 2020, when COVID happened. Although we postponed our wedding and changed our venue, Harry was super accommodating when it came to rearranging everything to a new floor plan and often gave his opinion on what he thinks would look best in certain settings as well. Price is very fair and quality of the rentals are great. Harry was very nice and responsive and took the time to answer any of me or my wife's questions throughout the whole process. He also got along very well with our wedding planner and made sure to send her whatever she needed in a timely manner. I interviewed several event rental companies before our wedding and Harry's stood out for several reasons 1) he's SUPER organized (he remembers details) 2) he has a wonderful selection (you can add a lot of elegance with one or two unique pieces and other vendors just don't have that variety or taste) 3) he's confident about his abilities and will give you assurance that you need as a nervous bride 4) he has great support from his employees, including his office support, Christin... you can expect very fast responses especially via email 5) he EXECUTES and is a man of his word. Hummingbird Nest Ranch is very strict about load in and out; we walked the property the next morning at 7am (his recommendation) and it was spotless. Harry's Party Rentals was clearing out the space throughout the night to meet that deadline. Also, I want to add... Hummingbird Nest Ranch is an absolutely gorgeous venue but a completely blank slate. You need very capable vendors there. I was so nervous we'd forget something essential day of, he continued to assure me we were covered and he was right... the space was transformed to an outdoor ballroom. Let me start by saying that Christine from Harry's rental is Wonderful! She is so easy to work with, so sweet, and very accommodating and helpful! During covid our wedding plans changed drastically and when I contacted her a month before my wedding, she did everything in her power to make it an easy process.
