I can't even explain how awesome it was to have the opportunity to stay at such an amazing place! not only was it Mid-Century and big enough for all of us.. it was Johnny Cash's former home! It's gated and safe! Set on top of a mountain with farm animals. the home had an outside bar and great tables for dining outside for the gorgeous sunsets! The pool is great with a spa. It has a game room with pool table! The rooms were cozy and comfortable ! There is a his and hers suite! I stayed in the Johnny Cash room which was iconic with black ceilings in Johnnys room and glitter in the ceilings of every room. The pink room is exquisite. The family room with the brick working fireplace looked untouched since 1960! The host Lisa was so cool and always available if needed! I called different places for a jumper rental and table rental but all are too far to deliver to Santa Monica. This place was a last minute found gem by hubby on google maps. The party was Saturday, September 18th, 2010. I went in Thursday afternoon to get my booking done. I rented a pink castle jumper for my little girl birthday party, 3 round tables, 30 chairs and 3 dozen of colorful latex balloons and 9 mylar balloons with happy birthday to be arranged for 3 table center pieces. Everything comes down to around 200 plus delivery fee. I say it isn't a bad deal. Miguel came in at 11am to set up for a party that starts at noon. And took down everything at 5pm or so. Everything went smoothly with Miguel and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely be a repeat customer =) and highly recommend this place. His store is small, but do check out the website with lot of other ideas for your next party. read more

I'm a novice when it comes to putting a party together. Enchanted Zone Party Rental was a great company to partner with for my first party that involved more than 10 guests! I rented three 8' Tables, Table Linens and 30 folding chairs. I placed my order on a Monday for an event that was going to happen on that following Saturday. Norma was very helpful on the phone. An e-mail confirmation was immediately sent after I placed the order with her on the phone. The price for renting these items was very reasonable compared to other local rental stores. Delivery was also a cinch. Who wouldn't pay the extra to have someone deliver and pick-up these items. As a party host, you have enough to deal with; don't bother yourself with having to pick-up and return rented items! The tables and chairs were high quality as well for the folding kind. The table linens were clean and came nicely packaged. I look forward to hosting and planning more parties in the future and Enchanted Party Zone will be a part of it! read more

After looking for a rental company I decided to use them for an event at my home, based on their reviews. They also had reasonable prices and they had a larger selection of items. My first hesitation was while placing my order, the staff was harsh and not super helpful, but I looked past it. When my order arrived, we were missing linens but then had extra linens for the wrong size table. A large portion of the chairs were dirty. The silverware was dirty. Oh and if you're renting trash cans from them, you should note they're super small. I would use them again. read more

I had reserved my tables and chairs with them for my wedding because they were very professional and affordable. Miguel is really helpful and what I liked most is that he answered my emails in no less than 10 minutes! I could not close the deal with them, not because I didn't like them, but because my venue had issues with their insurance, and they sort of forced us to rent our tables and chairs from Classics Rentals, which are very expensive and not very helpful. I have been talking to these guys for a week, I finalized an invoice, and then I get an email saying that they cannot take my order since it's for Thanksgiving. I literally just signed off on the invoice, didn't get any payment instructions yet (so couldn't pay), and now they are backing out????? Talk about TERRIBLE customer service!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Learn how to treat your customers!!! UPDATE: After I posted this review, Miguel kindly "thanked" me for this review, and then told me he's going to tell all the party rental places what I've done and that I'm a complicated customer. Basically, because their website is subpar, I had to ask a lot of questions -- so I'm "complicated". I needed to rent chairs for my wedding ceremony venue, as I had a different venue for the reception. I talked to a lot of chair rental places, and they were way, way overpriced, I was totally shocked. Luckily I found Enchanted Zone...Miguel was super nice and their prices are very reasonable. He even went to check out the venue before the wedding day to make sure the set up would be perfect. Did some last minute changes on our order and Miguel was very flexible with our every need. On our wedding day, Miguel and team arrived on time to set up the chairs and tables as we requested. Our venue also required to tear down and clear up the place right after the ceremony, and Enchanted zone took care of all of this. Reasonable price, excellent service. Original Review from 2012 (update at bottom): This Thanksgiving, I all of a sudden decided I wanted to host a giant dinner for my friends. That said, my friends often have other plans and I was absolutely astounded when all 18 people actually RSVP'd yes. After my initial panic attack on wondering how all those people were going to fit in my tiny apartment, I started counting my dishes and realized that I only had 5 plates, 12 wine glasses, random silverware, and so on and so forth and then I had a second panic attack. Better yet, this all went down Monday before my dinner happening less than a week later on Sunday. Cue in Enchanted to the rescue. They had great reviews on Yelp and, best of all, had their rates listed directly on their website, so I could budget right there without having to call and haggle prices. I emailed a request and received a quote emailed back within just a few hours; I was very impressed. After a few days, I was able to email back and make a change, and received an updated quote back again within an hour. I confirmed the reservation on Thursday for Sunday pick up. Then, of course, I realized I forgot to include dessert forks and I had to email back again on Friday and they emailed back saying there was no problem, that the extra forks would be waiting for me. As of now, I already had decided that Miguel and Diana were saints. Saturday rolls around and The Boyfriend and I roll up in his 4 door sedan. Miguel was concerned about tying the rented folding tables to the roof of the car. He immediately said that instead of the two 8' tables I was renting, he would give me three 6' tables, which would tie down better, the third table gratis. Even though he was about to head out on a delivery, Miguel and another guy stayed on to help my bf secure the tables to the roof for the drive home. Everything else was boxed and wrapped, waiting for me to put it in the car. Fast forward, the party was fantastic and everyone kept commenting on how classy the whole event was (SO glad I didn't resort to paper plates and plastic forks!). The Monday everything was due to go back to Enchanted, they don't give you a certain time, just so long as you return it the next day, I left for the office and made sure the BF knew where to drop everything off. I guess he decided to do some work from home first, because I got a very sweet call from Diana around 1pm saying they were going to go to lunch from 1-2 and to tell my bf so that he wouldn't show up to a closed shop. Long story short, Enchanted had exactly what I needed, despite it being very random numbers of each (10 wine glasses, 22 forks, etc etc) for exactly a price in my budget (only $51 for everything!!). I was worried that they wouldn't have what I needed, especially since I was putting in my official request less than a week before I needed it, but everything went off without a hitch and they truly allowed me to give the kind of party I wanted to. Thanks so much, Enchanted!! Can't wait to use you again next year, for what is going to be a new annual tradition! Update: It's now 2015 and I've hosted 3 Friendsgivings, each larger than the last. I've started including delivery as well and the $50 is well worth it to not have to worry about fitting everything in (and on) a sedan. Enchanted has never let me down, but we did have a close call this year! First, the email with the billing method got stuck in my spam box, so I didn't find it for over a week. Look out for it! Second, I always host Friendsgiving on Sunday, but my order this year accidentally got filed into the actual Thursday Thanksgiving Holiday pile. I'm so very glad that I called to ask when the truck was coming on Saturday because I nearly didn't get my order. They were very confused at first, but figured it out and were excellent about calling a truck back and rectifying everything, esp because I had already paid in full. I have found my go-to party rental place! My husband and I just threw a big party at our house on Sunday, and the folks at Enchanted Zone made it super easy for us to accommodate our guests. We ordered 6 48-inch round tables, 1 large banquet table, 44 chairs and table cloths. Because our party was on Sunday, they delivered everything on Saturday. They helped to setup the tables in our backyard. The chairs were perfectly clean and in good condition, as were the tablecloths. They also picked up everything on Monday, and I literally spent 30 minutes total dealing with the entire thing. I found them through Yelp - thanks everyone for the reviews! - and am glad I went with them. Supporting local business is important to me, so it's an added bonus that they are in Culver City. I worked with Norma to set up the order, and then handled everything over email, which is great for me since I don't have a lot of time to be on the phone. I also worked with Miguel, who called a few days before my party to finalize all of the arrangements.
