I was in restoration heaven. I'm honestly impressed that I only walked away with a few Art Deco handles and a bourbon barrel stave from Pappy Van Winkle. And the prices? Completely reasonable and very competitive for authentic vintage pieces. However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process. We had been looking for a fountain and bought one here. The prices on fountains seemed on line with others we had looked at but just more to chose from. Love my fountain but we have alot of wind and the fountain would run dry in an hour. Their response was to unplug it when not out there. They sent a guy out to try and fix it ... one guy. . The fountain weighs 500 pounds when its empty. He said he could handle it but he couldnt budge it. Later we found they put it together wrong and even the second time out didnt catch the mistake. My husband had to help him and it still ran dry. My husband figured out a solution .. we hooked a small hose up and a floater system ... when the floater goes down it refills. Love my fountain but would not be satisfied with unplugging it unless outside.
