The entrance is on the other side of the building on the first floor. The waiting room was spacious; checking in was easy and I was called in about 10 minutes. Then the clock kept ticking and ticking. My appointment was at 5:30 I didn't meet with the doctor until 6:10. The meeting was for only 5 minutes since my issue was already resolved. She apologized and said that they were running late due to a procedure. 3 stars for the wait but 4 stars for the service, toggling between 3.5 and 4 stars. BEWARE!!! This place is shady! I went here at the recommendation of a coworker. At no point did my injector discuss how many units she was going to do and what it would cost. When I went to check out, she told me she had used 170units of Dysport and my total was $1000!!!! I have NEVER paid that much for neurotoxin. Last time I was injected, my previous injector covered all of the same areas plus lip filler for $1000. I have never paid more than $500 for neurotoxin. Stay away from this place as they are not upfront with the amount they are injecting you with or what you will be charged.
