The plumber did not have a mask but was willing to put one on. The original diagnosis had been defective or clogged cartridges in the leaking faucets. The plumber replaced the parts, but the faucets are still leaking. Now he says the entire faucet must be defective. So they misdiagnosed the problem and still charged for the failed repair. Still charged what seems like a LOT of money $500/hour, for one plumber, and this was an alleged discounted price. The plumber blamed the make of the faucets (Moen, usually considered a good brand, we got them at costco), and offered to expensively, but with an alleged discount, replace them with Delta faucets. overall, a disappointing and expensive mistake. Added a star for masking and showing up. Will look elsewhere in future.

The manager Mike said it may take a few hours but that they would hurry to make it as fast as possible knowing how cold the house was. They were there within the hour! Talk about fast!!! A professional young man named Alex greeted us and was able to diagnose and jump start our heater that was only 10 years old, within 15 minutes. Unfortunately the fix required a new blower, which was about $680 but luckily he was able to find a heater parts store open that he trusted and had discount with and a 1 year free warranty too. Alex called me from the repair shop to let me know the cost and the time needed to repair (about 2 hours). To wrap up a great service experience with Rightemp, Alex made it so easy for us to pay too via credit card and an emailed my receipt to me. I haven't had this type of service in I don't know how long and I hate to be spoiled but I have to say this is an amazing company. They refused the tip I offered as a policy to the company, but asked if I could just share my experience to people I know and online. OF COURSE I CAN! He arrived almost 2 hours later than our arranged time. Wasn't a big deal. He did a decent job with the lights. He could not hang all the shutters due to humidity and said he would come back to finish the job. I paid him the remaining $400 when he came back July 11. On July 15, I texted Justin to let him know a shutter had come off the house, and another was close to falling off. It is now Sept. 6 and after multiple texts and several promises to return, he has not been back and has stopped responding to my messages. The second shutter did come off, as well as a third. Please do not hire Justin/Knuckle Busters. I feel bad writing a review like this, but I am not sure what else to do at this point. I feel my messages were reasonable and it's not like I hounded him every day. I just want the job I paid for to be finished satisfactorily. It's not a lot to ask for.
