spent 2-3 hours over the course of a week -- scheduling, attending evaluation, follow up evaluation review, etc. only to then be told i needed to commit to ~$3k out of pocket before any adjustments could be done. i explained i needed to discuss with my spouse since she's the insurance carrier and i could call back later in the day for plan commitment but that i really needed an adjustment -- i'd be having extreme migraines from neck pain for 7-10 days which is why i was there. not an option, i needed to commit long term before they could actually help. present themselves as patient/health focused but that's clearly not the case. I have to say I've been to many and I mean MANY Chiropractors in my life and both Dr. Hartley and Dr. Johana Turner are AMAZING! The adjustments they have giving me are exactly what my body has been begging for, no exaggeration. I had been in a car accident for over a year, so you can imagine how many medical treatments I've been thru. (And I've seen several throughout my years of back/neck pain) I really love the active therapy (wobble cushions) and know that is more helpful to me than passive therapy I have had in the past. I met Dr. Theresa Hartley about four years ago and have done some photography work for her office, but wasn't until last year that I had back pain and needed her expertise and care. Sitting or standing was very painful, which made my days very difficult. I knew she was the best in the business in the area, so I made an appointment to see her. Dr. Hartley took the time with me and did a comprehensive evaluation along with X-rays of my neck and spine. She found that there were a few issues based on the X-rays, evaluation and photos of my posture. We set up a plan and I went to see her twice a week for 12 weeks. I have just recently completed my 12 weeks and the curvature in my neck and posture have significantly improved and my back pain is completely gone. Dr. Robson is primarily at the Feathersound (Clearwater) location and she makes me feel truly cared for every time I come into the office. Dr. Hartley operates out of a new location that is located in the strip mall next to Starbucks. Chiropractors in general generate a lot of debate, as the benefits and values are more difficult to measure than what is considered traditional medicine. That being said, this practice makes a great effort to educate as well as treat patients which I think helps to mitigate that to some extent. So far so good, but time will tell just how valuable my treatment is to me. read more

Sure they are nice enough but don't try to stop your treatment and payment then it's a different story!! $325.00 a month for 4 months is what I was told I needed. After paying the $325.00 for the month of September 2018 I decided I could not afford this treatment plan so I wrote a letter to them as asked to do if I decided to stop on 9-26-18. Heard nothing from them until 10-1-18 5 days later that Dr Hartley feels I still owe her money now we are at $650.00 for 1 month 8 adjustments. I asked to speak to Dr Hartley now 3 days later nothing from her. Thay only do CC transaction now I know why so they can charge you if they feel you did not give them enough money or stay with they plan they wanted.. This is dishonest! If she feels I owed her more money she should have called to talk to me about this instead of just charging me because she feels I still owe her money! It's not like I didn't pay for the 1st month.. I have had a reoccurring issue for years that I've always just dealt with because I thought I had no other choice, until I started seeing Dr. Hartley. She not only addresses the symptoms, but she gets to the cause of the problem and takes steps to prevent future issues from surfacing. Her methods are focused on total body wellness, not just cracking backs. I'm so happy to have found her. She doesn't take insurance, but her prices are quite reasonable anyway.
