They give a great head massage at the shampoo bowl. They bring in their resident expert for your hair type, etc. I moved here from a much larger city and after much experimenting with stylists from Atlanta to Chattanooga, I finally found Tease. This is the kind of salon I'm used to and I really appreciate their training, style savvy and professionalism.
