I have very fine thin hard to work with hair and have had some really bad hair experiences in the past but this was certainly not one. I will definitely go back to Creative Image in the future.

I walked out feeling loose, calm, and slightly like a new person. I seriously wish I got my masseuse's name because he got ALL my knots out... also the whole experience just felt really intentional and relaxing, which made it perfect for a cute little reset date. only reason it's not a full 5 is I do wish they had a few more amenities (like a little extra spa moment situation), offered water right after the massage because I was floating but also dehydrated lol and since it was a Valentine's session, I kinda wish the room had a little decor moment to make it feel extra special.

She used that same hair brush on 4 other people and never treated the brush with anything. I payed over 250$ for the wrong color and a head full of lice, IT WAS HORRIBLE.
