She did her assessment, did some therapy that really helped, but then said, "do these stretches and exercises and I'll see you in a month". A month!? After a few days my 20 year plus symptoms that three major hospitals had given up on after years of treatment at each started to subside. She is so busy that you will need to wait. and, take what she says seriously because she really does know her field like few others. I've always been happy with Aultman Dover therapy site, but if you have pelvic floor symptoms, male or female, it's worth the wait to finally be able to have something near a normal life. After a year I'm down to only seeing her for flare ups. And, now, since she is a PTD, she offers dry needling to help as well. Amen, a long time prayer has been answered.

And no, my little guy's nose isn't broken but it sure looks like it is. This is an urgent care/ambulatory kind of place. If it something too serious for them, they would send you to a local full service hospital by ambulance if you so choose. Great alternative should you need emergency care that does not require a full service hospital. I will not go to any other urgent care place except for this one based on my two experiences. When I asked her for my number she just read off a number that didn't belong to me. Very rude and TOTALLY unprofessional.

I requested MY patient records and informed them that I was recommending my family (ALL ADULTS) and others leave their practice as well- office personnel cancelled all upcoming appointments for my family and sought out my family members to inform them i had requested their records (not only complete LIES but also unethical). This particular staff member cut me off when i said "I can't believe the rudeness" to scream at me that she can't believe my rudeness and proceeded to hang up on me. When owner Dr finally got involved I was "warned" about "aggressive language and behavior" when I show up to pick up my records. I can only assume that his staff is responsible for this "warning" as they are the only persons he has spoken to regarding above mentioned situation. I give this practice ZERO stars!!!
