Had them remember that info which should have been done once the legal documents were presented after the separation. Which obviously was not done. And when I emailed telling them about the incompetency and that I would be switching brokers. They still call me to renew the policy. If this happened to someone in a vulnerable position fleeing a violent ex. It could be way more serious. How many people have they done this too. I suggest going elsewhere. .
