They seemed annoyed that I was even in their presence. I understand that they have to deal with difficult people at times but that gives them no right to treat people like they are not human beings. I even told them thank you and to have a great day as I walked out of the building. I got no response. They are still in customer service and should maybe act as though they don't hate their job.

It was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed getting to know more about our local resources, preservation, and revitalization. I learned about the importance of our native pollinators, natural ecosystems, and how people are involved in making our community better. This event was easy to attend because it had all the information ie. Date, time, address, and a reminder email including expectations and details at hand. It was also very affordable, with the proceeds being donated to a local cause. Thank you.

I have been getting regular haircuts at Medford Phagans since 2007. Out of well over a hundred visits I only received one haircut that got me the evil eye from my wife. Normally I ask for a first year student, and after the first two or three "OK" haircuts end up with a regular barber/stylist who knows my hair characteristics and my personal preferences... giving me consistently very good results until such time as they graduate. I then start over. On the other hand, if my regular is not available and/or I need an especially good job for a special event I simply tell the staff. They have always hooked me up with a senior who has sufficient experience to do an excellent job first time. Good people.
