Although past reviews are positive and we were drawn to them, this is not at all the environment that currently exists. EDIT in light of the director's response: Books were not provided until AFTER I pointed out how this school was violating Oregon Administrative Rules requiring quiet activities for non-napping children during nap time. I also witnessed video footage of nap time where *multiple* children were being loud and disruptive, not solely my child. This is more evidence of how certain students have become targeted in cycles at this school.

I was unable to commit due to family obligations which ended the year with the passing of my dad. When I asked them if they could help me out they said no since the request to cancel wasn't in writing.. when I asked if there was anything they could do I was left without a response. I understand I should've noticed the $30 charge on my card monthly but I honestly didn't there was a lot going on inside of last year personally. I get it rules are rules but overall it was just a very inhuman experience.
