Once you cross the foot bridge over the beautiful stream, you can visit with all of the residents & you can scan the qr code posted along the way, you will learn the stories of the individuals who live at AH. There is a wonderful thrift store as well! So much gratitude that this beautiful labor of love sanctuary is in the area!

They refused my son admission into the gym stating that he needed to fill out their financial application. I had previously filled out an application for him to attend the gym. He had been given a membership card and had used it two times. They said he had never attended the gym. But he had two times previously. They threatened to call for security and they told him to never come back. I don't know what their problem is. I sent a check for the month of February with him . They refused the check. I am dismayed at this treatment. This is not how to treat a former client.

They often offer addition programming or sports leagues as well based on interest. Plus, you're supporting an organization that helps the community vs putting money into some CEO's pocket. The food bank run out of this location is an excellent volunteer opportunity as well. Everyone is so friendly - staff and fellow gym-goers, and it's not pretentious. Anyone of all ages and fitness abilities can go here and feel comfortable working out. The instructors and trainers are excellent and willing to help with anything you could need. The staff know you by name and listen to any concerns you may have. They're always looking for ways to improve. Do I wish the building was newer and included things other gyms have? Yes, of course, but for me the YMCA can't be topped.
