We were denied access because the dude at the counter didn't want to believe us when we explained California pushed back the date on the Golden Gate Bridge identifier. You can also fact check this with a quick google search. This isn't even mentioning how both of us got our ID's 2+ years ago. Absolutely horrible experience to an already rough vacation. I patiently tried to answer 3 times after being interrupted before making her aware that she was not allowing me to respond. I asked if I could work with someone else but she really had it in for me here for some inexplicable reason. Like I get it, you don't want to hear your product is broken out of the box. But that's not your customers fault. Take that anger to your manufacturer! this was "Karen" in manager form. I wanted nothing to do with this K. I reminded her that I spoke with the previous manager and the employee standing next to her and it had all been approved. at this point she insisted that she was refusing my business because I don't have time to stay and explain AGAIN! crazy. inexperienced manager wanted to be involved in the last word in an already resolved matter. power trip. shame too. you'd think a local place would be more prepared and patient.
