I'll find another place to spend my money, reducing service availability, increasing arbitrary costs & alienating customers is a poor management decision. Will gladly spend money at The Dab less than a mile from this location since my cost will be lower & convenience will still be there since I won't have to go to the bank, or get cash back anywhere. Seriously, such a poor decision... best of luck & sad to say bye to the budtenders I grew to trust.

But that's not your customers fault. Take that anger to your manufacturer! this was "Karen" in manager form. I wanted nothing to do with this K. I reminded her that I spoke with the previous manager and the employee standing next to her and it had all been approved. at this point she insisted that she was refusing my business because I don't have time to stay and explain AGAIN! crazy. inexperienced manager wanted to be involved in the last word in an already resolved matter. power trip. shame too. you'd think a local place would be more prepared and patient.
