Well that came to mind for me this Thursday, when I stopped by the Lehigh Valley Home & Garden Center. My wife and I have been doing business there for over 20 years, it's always our 1st stop for gardening supplies, plants and flowers. As with most non-professionals, most of our purchases have been Spring to Early summer. During those timeframes, the staff has always been overly helpful and friendly. They listened to us carefuly, suggested products that would sute us best, even special ordered some from their Nursery for us when we were looking for something special. This past week I stopped by to get a replacemnt hanging basket and I was sure they would have a few when no one else had any. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a bit of humor. When I mentioned to one of the staff what I was looking for she immediately said "Oh! you always get the _____ in ____ for your hanging baskets - she was spot on and pointed a few out and as my hands were full with our new puppy "Tiffany", who the staff seemed to like more than me (kidding), she carried my collection to my car. This may not mean a lot to most, but it showed me once again the level of customer supposrt and kindness that has always been present to my wife and myself by the staff and management of the Lehigh Valley Home and Garden Center - they get a 5 out of 5 from these very happy clients. The Roy family did an amazing job reviving the inside with a fresh coat of paint, new inventory items, and a revived overall atmosphere. I planted the mum, and it fell apart, there were no roots!!!! When I called about a refund, the woman I spoke to was very rude, said she was not sure about a refund, that I would have to come back with the remains and she would think about it. I did not drive out there, as it was not convenient for me, and I did not want to argue about poor service, poor product, and most important spending my precious time, gas, and energy !!!

I was impressed by the photos others have shared here as the bouquets seemed creative and stunning, so I called with some very basic requests: my (not so big) budget, that she likes the color pink, and that I wanted him to make whatever he thought would look good. My daughter was thrilled and absolutely LOVED the bouquet. Her friends were all so impressed by how gorgeous it is. I highly recommend The Twisted Tulip and will definitely use them again if I have another reason to send her some flowers!
