They will rarely e-mail and will instead send letters to your Po box because it takes longer, they are well aware of all the forms that need to be filled out but will wait until SSD requests them and then try to have you do it. For my case specifically they decided to not report the last 3 years of employment and when I asked for help calling in because I was overwhelmed (I have PTSD) they ignored me and sent another letter claiming they left me a voicemail (which I don't have) and telling me to call SSD. They are preying upon the sick, exploiting the government, and hoping that everyone is too concerned with their health to notice. Please take this review seriously as it's likely costed me any hope I have for receiving compensation.
