Worst Law Firm ever took $2,500 from me claiming that they can handle a case when it was just a…read moretraffic offense not advising me to go to a traffic attorney I went through three different lawyers through their Law Firm lost $2,500 the prosecuting attorney stood up for me they didn't nothing they allowed me to sign a documentation for probation knowing that my address on that paperwork was wrong I did not live in Albert Lea I live in New Richland it should have been an automatic dismissal as well as when the prosecuting attorney stood up for me my lawyer the last one when I don't even remember which one it was cuz like I said I went through three of them honestly it's good there said nothing not a word after the prosecuting attorney mentioned affidavits I went from a citation to a gross misdemeanor and a misdemeanor even though I wasn't really at fault they never displayed the discovery like they should have they also should have let me know that they couldn't have taken my case they wasted time they continued Court for separate times just for the fact of picking out the lawyers for me they allowed a criminal case become a civil case at the same time which the judge should have known better as well and this was in Freeborn County which is Albert Lea Minnesota when I said I wanted my money back because they did absolutely nothing because more charges for me and more damages and more losses I felt completely helpless in every situation. I didn't know what to do at the time bye I thought I seriously had somebody to help me I was hurt in a company vehicle I was hurt on company time the driver of the semi I have two different names in Minnesota state troopers report paper as well as the Albert Lea Tribune paper States a different name and the person in the CD or the discovery CD was completely different the person in the CD video admitted having faulty breaks past due inspection as well as driving without a Time log headed to Iowa filled out two affidavits in Florida first 44,000 since he couldn't prove that second one was $33,000 claiming in the affidavit that the truckload was full he was at his vacation home in Florida signing affidavits using an in court for lost wages accident occurred October 24th of 2019 he leaves every November tell April the sad thing about all of this was I was in a company vehicle on company time even worse how long it took how I went from two separate citations different counties different offenses same time frame the time of offense should have been at 8:06 a.m. not 3:15 p.m. I was airlifted to Rochester head trauma contusions fluid in the stomach fractured hand and a fractured foot. So not only did my company let me down the justice system let me down as well 5 years and I don't understand how you go from a citation to another citation to a misdemeanor and a gross misdemeanor a year of probation the prosecuting attorney was the only person to stand up for me nobody else my probation officer said it was a waste of government money when I asked for my money back from them they told me no I don't even know what they did Heck like I said I went through three different lawyers from that law firm I have not received a single thing other than the shots I have to get in my head every 3 months and every 6 months the MRI I have to get done go to my head trauma from the car accident but I don't understand is how a law firm can consider themselves a law firm especially this place when they had no idea what they were handling what they were dealing with nor advising me to the right place to go I felt helpless before no now I feel even more helpless because the judge allowed an affidavit that was obviously perjury lying about having a full load when that person was actually headed to Iowa to go get a load in a semi CDL to proceed with a truck that should have been out of service everybody who claimed that they looked at my case it should have never taken that long and you cannot actually bring somebody in for a civil case to a criminal case the judge allowed that driver 33,000 in restitution for his quote on quote lost wages on top of my court fines leaving me unable to pay my court fines so when I go to jail because this Law Firm absolutely did nothing not one thing to defend me I would recommend you think twice before dealing with them this is not a joke this is not a lie I am more than willing enough to give up my own personal information I will show my case files both citations Etc to prove to you call Meijer and Hagan absolutely did nothing for me and I am more than willing enough to prove that Albert Lee Minnesota judicial system is crooked or corrupt the same with the Minnesota state troopers the dot did not report to the crash I had to leave the scene of the accident like I said I was airlifted to Rochester while he got to go on vacation I was charged basically for going to work.
