Ok two days into it my yard looks it had been hit by a missile. My sprinkler system is destroyed, cable was cut and drive cracked. I was promised a clean neat yard and driveway clean. Boss came to pick up check but I would not pay him till they cleaned up. One week later driveway is power washed and side yard flattened. The young men who worked on my yard were very polite and mannerless but I am not pleased with my yard.
