Placed my app order for pickup and when I tried to go inside to pick up my order the door was locked. The only way to get my order was to join the take out order lineup which was more than a few cars. Unacceptable. I called and cancelled my order. Despite cancelling my order using your 1-800 number, the item has still been billed to my VISA. I never did get a cancellation confirmation email. One can only conclude that KFC really has forgotten customer service here. The VISA charge had better be reversed or you will be hearing from me again. Reputable firms like McDonalds will not pre-bill the customer until the customer confirms they are onsite to pickup at curbside or inside or drive through.
