PROS: Clean, nice appliances, friendly staff, trail access, garages and storage closets to rent, dog wash, community events, garden, farm stand, pool table, firepits with chopped wood ready to go, free wifi, treehouse, bug screened apartment patios, front door trash pick up, composting options, renters pick up after dogs. CONS: High rent, kitchen cabinets are very long and high if you are short you will need a step stool, lack of parking, no trees or utilization for shade or patio privacy on the main lawn (it's just empty space where dogs and owners go out and walk through the property), no privacy for townhouse patios and downstairs apartments, big black drainage pipes laying on half of the main lawn, master bedroom has a sliding red barn door on the wall instead of a standard door (Barn door looks good but it's not practical for privacy or cancelling noise), routine mowers do a great job but are very loud and noise goes for a long period of time, waste bins outside have overflowed with full doggy bags.

There are newer apartments in Rogers that are well worth the luxury and are more economical. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

The first floor (3 connected rooms) covers what I mentioned above - with both artifacts and signs. The top floor has interesting artifacts like a permanent hair wave machine, a scary looking life-sized doll, artwork, and a bedroom set up as if it were 1890. Took us about an hour and 15 minutes. There was a gentleman when we came it (don't know his name) with a beard that was very helpful, explaining stories and artifacts. He left 45 minutes later when someone came in to take over who sat at a desk.
