I'm a type one diabetic, dealt with chronic pain for past 10 years, and have seen a number of doctors for psychological concerns. I've interacted with a lot of doctors. I suffered a severe concussion and would have been full on disabled if it wasn't for Dr. Saponara. He is truly amazing at what he does. He examplifies the idea that Doctors should be "practicing medicine." Dr. Saponara won't tell you that he can make you 100% better. But what he will do is evaluate you and give you an honest opinion about what can be done with his help, then get to work solving your issues. If you have suffered a severe concussion, I would travel across the country to check out Dr. Saponara. I traveled from Lexington Kentucky.

My…read morefrustration is that at least twice and I feel a third time as well the appointments I've saved in my phone calendar (made at the time of checking out) and confirmed with staff when saved in my phone has been different than what they have in their computer. Once the provider was on vacation and I wasn't notified. I'm certain to the staff they will say I was wrong all those times, but when you confirm with staff as you make your appointment something isn't right. A total waste of my time and fuel. I wonder if this happens to their other patients? Otherwise, I would say you may need to call frequently to confirm your appointment ahead of time. The staff have been pleasant, but I'm very angry about this continuing to happen.

There is no civil litigation ongoing as the statute of limitations expired 11 months ago. They charged us $75 co-pay..called us in and informed us he would NOT be seen due to motor vehicle accident and suddenly they don't take our insurance. I checked again with our insurance provider...they ARE IN NETWORK. NOW...WE HAVE TO TRY AND FIND ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST AND LIKELY WAIT ANOTHER 6 months. Hypocritic Oath says "DO NO HARM" . If this type of treatment isn't harmful I don't know what is. Absolutely abhorrent treatment..total lack of empathy and to add insult to Injury the woman yelled " don't put your hands on me" my hands never even went near her. I an 65, 4'9, 100lbs... I would never put my hands on anyone. This was a lame blatant attempt to allege I was a threat? Shame shame shame. Disgusting. My husbands lack of movement was on the left side...it has now spread to both legs....and they have have put us out to dry. How would they like to be treated this way..or worth yet have their child or parents neglected so callously???

Because I had a stroke & was misdiagnosed in the ER I'm still unable to walk 4 years later. My most recent visit to the ER was even more serious on April 10, 2025. While I was unconscious my phone wallet was stolen off my lap! I can't begin to describe the problem that has caused me for 7 months! I was told at LabCorp that they have heard of thefts in the ER! Sitting at home unable to take on simple tasks of Gro shopping, getting my hair done or taking dogs to be groomed would be impossible.
