My only gripe is that he can be tough to get in contact with unless it's an urgent matter. But he's a busy man and he'll get back to you quickly when you need it.

Anagnost was remarkable fair and bent over backwards to help us to resolve the problem in a balanced and more-than-fair way. I've experienced landlords in the past who would have used the drama against us. Christopher, on the other hand, took the high road. If you are a parent or student looking to rent from this company, I'd rest easy that you are in good hands.

I was stuck with a moldy and rusted washer for months before it was replaced. The mold to grow back no matter how much I cleaned and because I'm allergic, I had to withdraw from my college courses. Upscale worked with us to develop a vision and a specific plan - from the major elements down to the trim - and implemented it beautifully. Upscale has recently completed the renovation of a large bathroom in a sorority house with multiple…read moretoilet and shower stalls on the Cornell campus. I serve as one of the alumna volunteers supervising the project. Upscale did a fantastic job - from design, through demolition and to final completion of the project! The design focused on the finishes and fixtures that were within our budget, and we were promptly notified us the few times a particular item was no longer available and were provided with a good substitute. The demolition was down to the studs and the entire room was rebuilt from there. As promised, the work zone was kept clean, with trash removed nightly. The project came in on time and the finished job was perfect! I spent a great deal of my legal career as a commercial real estate lawyer and have been involved with a number of construction projects for clients, as well as my own. This was the most perfectly finished construction project I can recall. The work was done precisely (including loads of tile work). There were NO punch list items at all. I cannot recommend Upscale more enthusiastically.
