Glenda, Heather, Jeff, John, and Travis were all so knowledgeable, patient, and professional, making sure that I understood everything that was happening with the process and how to proceed when my complicated filter system presented unforeseen road blocks. Jeff and Travis even let me record video of them explaining how to maintain my radon pump system while flushing out the pipes during the disinfecting process. I have called this bussiness a couple of times since their name and phone number are printed on my…read morewell. I both times have had to leave my name and telephone number and the location of the well with a promise of a call back. I have been with out water since before christmas and there are small children and animals in my home. Since there is no information on the inside of my well cap I was hoping they could provide me with basic information of when the well was dug, how deep it is, what is down there for a pump and when the last time it was serviced. I honestly did not think that was going to be as much trouble as it seems to be. I have called 14 different plumbers and not one of them can seem to return phone calls. So now not having much of an idea of what I am doing I am now put in a position of having to pull it by hand myself and replace it or we will not have water all winter!

Much to my surprise, I got a call back a few hours later and Mark said that he could come out in the morning on the 4th to check it out. He did and was prepared with a range of pumps in his truck to match mine with the right replacement - he pulled and replaced the pump and after flushing the well for a bit we were back in business - all on a holiday! I crossed my fingers that the well wouldn't run dry, but sure enough I overran the pump. I called Williams and Taplin and Mark got right back to me and got the pump replaced within a few hours of calling him. With watering my market garden this coming summer in mind, he got me a new well quote right away and I look forward to working with him again.
