Me and a few work colleagues took the train from Berlin directly down to Halle. The last time I…read moretook an Eastern German train was when the Berlin Wall was up. I departed at Halle impressed on how well the German Government has improved the transportation infrastructure post reunification.
Hall Hauptbanhof was relatively modest, uninspiring, but functional. There's nothing to write home about (except of course this review), other than this Station does the job. It also helps that a person with a van, that was hired by our Company was there to meet all of us and take us on to Merseburg.
