    If I could give less than one star on a review I would! This place used to be decent, but over the…read morelast few years it has gone drastically downhill. I took my vehicle in in March because I had a leak in my fuel line. Not only did it take them seven hours to repair, but they hooked up the hoses wrong and were pumping exhaust fumes into my cab as well as causing my engine to sputter and the car to lurch as I was trying to drive it back in for them to fix it. After they did fix it, they acted like their mistake was not a big deal. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this one was pretty major, and I would think that if they had my car for seven hours initially, they should have been able to make sure that the lines were hooked up correctly. Their negligence has also put my mother's life in danger on at least two separate occasions. She went in to have new tires put on her car, a very normal procedure. On her way home the car was making a strange sound, so she pulled over to discover that her wheel almost fell off as she was driving down the highway. She called and had the vehicle towed back and after they fixed their mistake, which the owner made light of and made excuses for, she asked them to look over her car and make sure that everything was alright. According to them, everything was fine. After the incident, she noticed a sound that seemed to be getting worse, so she took the vehicle in to another repair service thinking that it was a wheel bearing going bad. The other service center found that the source of the sound was the U-joint that attached the axel to the steering column was about to snap, which would have caused my mother to loose control of the car. Not only did the damaged U-joint pass Bindl's inspection, but their failure to properly reattach my mother's wheel initially is a likely cause for it. If you value your vehicle and your safety, do not take your automobile to Bindl Tire and Auto.
