If I could give less than one star on a review I would! This place used to be decent, but over the…read morelast few years it has gone drastically downhill. I took my vehicle in in March because I had a leak in my fuel line. Not only did it take them seven hours to repair, but they hooked up the hoses wrong and were pumping exhaust fumes into my cab as well as causing my engine to sputter and the car to lurch as I was trying to drive it back in for them to fix it. After they did fix it, they acted like their mistake was not a big deal. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this one was pretty major, and I would think that if they had my car for seven hours initially, they should have been able to make sure that the lines were hooked up correctly. Their negligence has also put my mother's life in danger on at least two separate occasions. She went in to have new tires put on her car, a very normal procedure. On her way home the car was making a strange sound, so she pulled over to discover that her wheel almost fell off as she was driving down the highway. She called and had the vehicle towed back and after they fixed their mistake, which the owner made light of and made excuses for, she asked them to look over her car and make sure that everything was alright. According to them, everything was fine. After the incident, she noticed a sound that seemed to be getting worse, so she took the vehicle in to another repair service thinking that it was a wheel bearing going bad. The other service center found that the source of the sound was the U-joint that attached the axel to the steering column was about to snap, which would have caused my mother to loose control of the car. Not only did the damaged U-joint pass Bindl's inspection, but their failure to properly reattach my mother's wheel initially is a likely cause for it. If you value your vehicle and your safety, do not take your automobile to Bindl Tire and Auto.

Drove almost 4 hours to look at a truck at this dealership and Had an appt. Truck was not washed…read moreon the outside, then when we drove it something was wrong with it. Was told a tech would drive it and check it out. Was then told tech could not feel anything wrong with it. All 4 of us could tell, but the tech could not. Instead of admitting problem, they denied it. The salesperson was not helpful in any way. It's as if they could care less if they sell anything. Planned on buying and driving home with the vehicle instead trip was a bust.

He said " Oh yeah we can work with you, we'll get it to a price that you can afford, no problem" So we jump in the vehicle and proceed to drive 3 plus hours only to arrive and not have anything done. The price was about 100 dollars more than he knew we could afford and wouldn't budge on the price at all. Needless to say we did not buy a vehicle, nor will we ever go back there. Recommend to everyone to never go there. I understand that they have to make money and all but don't tell me all these things over the phone and then after I pack up my family and drive for 3 hours not do anything you said. Don't shop here.
